Hours per Day:  4½-7½

Days 6 & 7 are the longest days at 6½ & 7½ hrs walking. Shorter options possible for day 4. You can always take a taxi if you decide you'd like to have a day off walking, as the walk is long in total.

Difficulty: medium-hard

Generally good paths with some stony sections. Several easy stream crossings and some scrambling. Sections of sustained uphill particularly in the last three days. Average cumulative uphill stretches (CUSs) 414m per day.
