How much walking
Hours per Day: 4½ - 6
(shorter options most days, 2 poss. rest days)
A medium length walk, though Spanish eating habits (supper not before 9pm) mean you can take as long as you need for each day’s walk.
Terrain
Difficulty: medium
Mainly gentle terrain on marked paths, with occasional scrambles. Average cumulative uphill stretches (CUSs) 395m.  The maps are quite accurate, but Guy Hunter-Watts’ directional notes simplify navigation.
